Sweepstakes rules and account terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of Tao Fortune Casino Canada. By creating an account or accessing the site you agree to them. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform. Effective 1 January 2026.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 19 years old (18+ in Alberta, Manitoba and Quebec) and a resident of Canada. 2. The sweepstakes model
Tao Fortune operates a two-currency model. Gold Coins are an entertainment currency with no cash value. Sweeps Coins are a promotional currency with a fixed one-to-one CAD value, redeemable at a minimum of 25 SC. 4. Account rules
One account per person. Multi-accounting is grounds for permanent suspension and forfeiture of any Sweeps Coin balance. 6. Redemption
Sweeps Coins may be redeemed at 25 SC minimum. Redemption is available via Interac, Skrill, wire and select crypto rails detailed on the cash-out banking rails. We may pause a redemption pending KYC, AML review or fraud investigation. Wire redemptions carry a flat CAD 15 processing fee borne by the recipient. Redemption to an account not matching the verified account holder is prohibited by federal AML rules.

10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by Canadian law, Tao Fortune's aggregate liability is limited to the total value of Sweeps Coins in your wallet at the time the liability arose. We are not liable for consequential damages, lost profits or third-party losses arising from platform outages.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Nova Scotia and the applicable laws of Canada. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nova Scotia, except where consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
12. Changes
We update these terms occasionally. Material changes are announced 30 days in advance via email and via a banner on the Tao Fortune casino homepage. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
